Moodles shed very little to no hair, making them a popular choice for people with allergies. Moodles inherit hair types that grow continuously rather than shedding heavily around the house.
Yes, because Moodles hair grows continuously rather than shedding, they require regular clipping. I have my Moodles clipped every 6 to 8 weeks. You can clip them yourself or have a groomer do it for you.
Moodles are gentle, affectionate, and intelligent companion dogs known for a sweet and playful temperament. They bond deeply with their families and love acting as lap dogs. They are quick learners and easy to train with positive reinforcement.
Yes, Moodles are generally very suitable for families due to their gentle, affectionate, and playful nature. They are loving, loyal and bond closely with family members. Their manageable size means they adapt easily to both apartments and larger homes.
Moodles only need around 30 to 60 minutes of daily activity, such as short walks or indoor play.
You should feed your Moodle a high-quality, small breed specific dog food that lists a quality animal protein as the primary ingredient. Choose small kibble sizes that match their tiny jaws, making it easier for them to chew and digest. I also feed my Moodles chicken necks to help clean their teeth.
